  • Coordinates the deployment of IT projects.
  • Carries out the first contact with the customer after the sales team finishes their work.
  • Makes the first technical analysis of the customer needs.
  • Carries out a stablished deployment process of the different modules of the IT solution.
  • Anticipates problems and proposes solutions.
  • Proposes workarounds and contingency solutions to critical problems.
  • Works with an international team which carries out the technical and development tasks.
